I deleted an extension but it still is able to register and make calls. I restarted a couple of times but bug still persists.

Would like to know how many tries will the server attempt if the call can't be connected because of an engaged line? Have experienced times when the server tries to connect the call a couple of hours later. Best if the server tries three times or within ten minutes, whichever comes first.
Would appreciate it if the Admin answers this question ASAP.

the number of extensions allowed for Premium account is Unlimited.
But in the shop page:https://www4.pbxes.com/shop.php
the number of extensions in Premium account is 40.
Which number is correct?

I already have the CNAME of my domain-zabnic.com-changed to ww6.pbxes.com
So, can I set the sip server as sip.zabnic.com instead of sip.pbxes.org without the SRV entry?

Do you mean that it only needs a SRV entry to my DNS record of my domain and there's no configuration needed at pbxes? My hosting provider did a CNAME entry for me to point my domain to pbxes, so please let me know what's needed for the SRV entry, so that I can check with my provider whether they can do it.

When configuring the SIP phone, can I use the SIP server as sip.mydomain.com instead of sip.pbxes.com? I would like to use my own domain name as the sip server. If there would be extra charge, let me know how much.

Have a trunk-Pfingo- which will not route incoming calls. Status monitor shows trunk registered. When I use a softphone and register directly with Pfingo, incoming calls work fine. What could be problem?

I subscribed to G729 and asked earlier why I can't make any calls on a trunk which supported only G729. You deleted my question without giving any answer. I intentionally subscribed to G729 so that I could use that trunk. If pbxes cannot transcode between G729 and the codec my Nokia uses, please let me know instead of deleting my question.
